Unfortunately the sending of information via the internet is not totally secure and on occasion such information can be intercepted. We cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us electronically. Sending such information is entirely at your own risk.
Access to Information14. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 you have the right to access any information that we hold relating to you. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a fee of £15 to cover costs incurred by us in providing you with the information.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges PolicyYour item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. If there is a manufacturer defect you must return the item within 365 days of your purchase, unless the device is one where the battery is sealed where the item must be returned within 30 days of your purchase.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you a refund number. It is important you are assigned a refund number in advance to prevent returns being rejected.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. You are liable for return postage which will be refunded in full if there is a manufacturer defect along with the purchase price subject to terms contained herein. We suggest you use "signed for" delivery when returning any items since we can only issue a refund for items we physically receive.
Products that that have been damaged, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. If items have been used outside their designed parameters or are damaged which may have caused to contributed towards a defect may not be refunded. Certain Blue Maestro products are not waterproof and if any damage is caused by water this will be deemed to be damage caused by use outside of designed parameters.
Where an item is being returned for a manufacturer defect we reserve the right to issue you a replacement item. If you do not wish to receive a replacement item please let us know and we will refund you according to the terms contained herein.
Items that are being returned for any range related issues will not be liable for refund or replacement as a manufacturer defect if under testing the item's range is at least 30 meters/100 feet line of sight.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee to the extent to which we are legally entitled, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order nor do we pay for your return shipping unless there is a manufacturer defect. Where shipping is not charged separately we reserve the right to attribute part of the original purchase price towards original shipping and this will not be refunded.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm providing they are in stock. To the extent to which any items are not in stock we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. We accept no liability whatsoever if orders are shipped later than this.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
Royal Mail, UPS, FedEx, SkyNet and DHL
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information where it is available for us to provide you with it.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
